Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. General

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse as we collect returns in a different department.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

2. Damages And Issues

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@4Vibee.com.

3. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. For all other return reasons, a refund process will apply.

4. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
